Another quiet night in Bromley Town.
All by myself and feeling a bit lonely I headed back to trusty old Downham Community Centre to carry on weeding. Giant pair of shears in hands I was raring to go when two kids came round the corner and got quite the shock. I got a shock too since they were wearing Tae Kwon Do outfits and wondered if they'd been sent out to apprehend me.
Luckily, no, they were just killing time before their lesson started. Shane from reception then came out and started helping me bag up while some serious kicking action went on in the background. My lonely evening had turned into a festival!
Got a whole bag filled up and felt proud of myself and went home to practise my reverse roundhouse kick.
GoodGym Bromley is back on 25th July, when we'll be in a new start location at Bridge House.
