Battle of the Ivy bush

Mrs L had me take on the ivy plant that had engulfed all her wonderful hydrangeas. She directed me from her terrace above whilst telling me about her late parents and her poodle she used to own. After tackling the overgrown ivy she asked that I cut the fresh looking hydrangeas for her so she can pop them in a vase. I said goodbye to her as she had made a cup of tea and custard tart to watch with Corrie .
