Deliver some groceries for Mr R

Yes, they have cash to give the volunteer

We have been asked by North London Cares if we can help Mr R with some shopping. He would like some duck legs from Waitrose and Saver chips, broccoli florets and 6pts of milk (if possible, if not 4pts) from Morrisons. Mr R does get a little anxious about his shopping so would like a call ahead of the task please to check his list and would also like the volunteer to wear a mask when dropping off his shopping.

New to GoodGym?

This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.

New runners are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.

There's a place to leave bags and a toilet at the start point, all you need to do is bring your trainers. It's free to try - get involved!
