These decorations are tree-mendous 🎄

Tonight we were back at Christ Church Erith to decorate our GoodGym sponsored tree.

We met inside the church, where other groups were also putting their finishing touches on their own trees.

With decorations at the ready, we first started with the lights and the lovingly created paper chain which was the product of last Monday’s group run. Once these were in place we piled in, hanging the decorations one by one. In the mix were “GG” logos, tiny GoodGym tshirts, stars, reindeer and photos showing off what we do at GoodGym Bexley.

After taking a step back, we realised that our tree was quite full, and found it hard to walk away without making the final tweeks.

We had a wander round the church to admire the other 79 trees before leaving.

The Erith Christmas Tree Festival begins tomorrow until Sunday. Make sure you try to get along and see if you can spot our tree.
