Tonight our Goodgym squad assembled at the Foodbank to do a foursome job! Our Goodgymer news includes a little social on 8th March and some race news - Frazer securing a place the Great North Run. Taking the Colchester thunder' up north Em sported her highly sought after new Goodgym T-Shirt - it really is the best kit ever - and chatted whilst we swept and mopped, reminiscing about Colchester life in days gone Great job y'all.
