Cause you’re amazing, dust the way you are!

After a long few months we were back at Ealing Rd Baptist Church to see Pastor Roger and do some jobs.

But first we met at Chiswick Town Hall for a warm up, and to welcome Elis to his very first group run!

It was surprisingly muggy when we set off, but we soon arrived at the church, which also doubles as a food bank and shelter, to find Roger with his bleach and cloths.

We got stuck in cleaning loos, chairs and stairs, joined by Paul after a nippy run down to meet us. Before long the place was sparkling, and we set off back to Turnham Green for an abs blast. Ten minutes and ten exercises later we were well on our way to a core of steel!
