Sun sun sun here it comes

392 people arrived on the first sunny day of this half term. Two long term runners were celebrating a fabulous 250 Parkruns today, very well done. It’s not just about running, it’s walking, jogging, strolling as well, it’s coming out into the great outdoors, meeting new people, good for your wellbeing and mental health. Goodgym participates today were Ian, Robert, Katie L ( baby with Shane in her backpack) , Rose, Susanna, & Liam pushing Henry in his pushchair .
