Sue,Ross,James and Daryl meet on a lovely spring evening at Bournemouth Pier to Marshall at Bournemouth Universities Hospital Twilight Walk to raise money for Brest Cancer research.James helped out at the start finish Line whilst Sue,Ross and Daryl headed off to the 10K turn round point which was at the end of the Prom at Sandbanks.By 8.45 we had our first runners at our post so we congratulated them and sent them back the way they came. The runners/walkers where all in Tutus with lights on which looked very impressive against the evening sky.By 9.30 we had seen our last runner/walker so we Headed back to the start/Finish line i must say what a Brilliant evening it was, helped by the lovely sun set and people. It's that time again! Our favourite task of the month, GoodGym's Quiz at Abbeyfield Retirement Home! Caprice made the short run in the rain and we're met by Ross, Chloe and James at Abbeyfield Wessex. They were all ready and had already picked their teams. The group split into two teams, James joining his favourite ladies, "The Loose Women" , Eleanor, Chloe and Ross in team "The Clever Clogs" With this month's quizmaster being Caprice. Eleanor braved the rain and turned up a bit late and very soggy. Four rounds this week. Round one good old General Knowledge, round two multiple choice Food round, Round Three Animal Themed true or false and back by popular demand Round 4 The Music Round!! This week's winners smashed it with a whopping 45/50"The Clever Clogs'' We will return for Quiz night next month!! We hope to see you there!

Daryl and Ross meet at the Brewhouse for the short run to the Care Home,once there we meet the rest of the team as we all like our monthly visit to the care for the quiz.Daryl was the quiz master for a change this month there was two rounds of twenty questions each round,Ross and Katie joined one team,the Brains of Britain, Emma,Chole,Milly and Sophie joined the other,The Seagulls.The rounds consisted of General Knowledge and True or False.The winners by one point was the Seagulls who scored 30 out of 40 ,the Brains of Britain where close runners up with 29. Well done all i look forward to next month,i hope to see you all next week Daryl.

Welcome Mary, we look forward to seeing you at some more group runs in the future! The Group Runners, Mary, Eleanor, Daryl, Caprice and Ross were met at the task by Sophie, Milly and Emma. The groups split into three teams, James joining his favourite ladies, "The Loose Women" , Daryl Eleanor, Mary and Ross in team "The Famous Six Go Large" (there was five but were joined by late by Janet) and Sophie, Milly and Emma in Team "No name". With this month's quizmaster being Caprice. Four rounds of good old General Knowledge as requested by the residents, with some True and False and multiple choice thrown in for good measure. This week's winners smashed it with a whopping 28/39 "The Famous Six Go Large" Well done to you, the sixth team member clearly made a mark! We will return for Quiz night on 11th March!! Daryl and Ross meet at the Brewhouse and ran the short distance across the town to Horseshoe Common where we meet Caprice with her two Dogs Rue and Eddie plus Paul, dont leave it so long Paul it was great to see you. Armed with Litter picks we set off round the Common which to our surprise it was very clean which makes a change.We still managed to fill Two half bags of Litter so we managed to leave the area knowing its very clean so all can enjoy the Common.After Three quarters of an hour we said our goodbyes and Daryl and Ross ran back to the Brewhouse Tell next time Daryl
