There was so much fun at the cafe today withTigger 's helping hands to the rescue. Charmaine and Abim also at their best jumping and dancing happily with residents and other attendees.

Today’s activity at the cafe was fun with lots of yummy treats and chilled drinks to make up for the hot weather. Chef Charmaine and the cleaning lady Abim did a great job as usual.

There was an impressive turnout at the cafe today with just two goodgymers available to support. @Charmine and Abim burned a few calories sweating it out to keep the hall space clean and tidy the arrival attendees. Both ladies chuckled as they kept fit whilst putting the mess away in a timely way.

The morning showers didn’t stop the Goodgym Luton trio ( @Charmaime, @Musa and @Abim) from making it a day . It was a karaoke 🎤 session with multiple performance by various upcoming artists.
