Welcome to GoodGym Coventry!
We're a friendly and social group who combine exercise with helping out in the local community. We meet regularly to get active and do a physical task to help the charities, community organisations and projects in our area.

The Food Union allotments which was founded in 2014 and is one of the Pod’s citywide social activism programs that exists to create conversation and action around food

- please meet at the allotments off Four Pounds Avenue there will be no run this evening
🧤 What to bring
Gloves and wear gear that you don't mind getting scruffy

Remember that we run to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.
