Age Concern Windsor is a small local charity helping and supporting older people.

Thursday Night at 6:15pm is GoodGym Windsor Night.

This is a community mission we we are socially walking or running to the task from The Binoy, Dedworth Road SL4 5BB at 6:15pm or your can meet us there at The Spencer Denney Centre SL4 4EB at 6:30pm The leaflet drop will be in the local area,

We will be leafleting and maybe a bit of cheeky litter picking en-route!

After the session there will be the option of a mini fun/social HIIT session (all abilities catered for) before we make our way home.
