Jane Fonda definitely is the queen of 80’s workout videos, this one worked up a sweat! Again some classic retro work out gear here putting us to shame here.

Some classic minor technical issues with the first one as you always get, but soon over come!

For March we are taking on a different classic celebrity workout video for a short fitness session. This week we followed Rosemary Conley’s Whole Bogy Programme from 1991. Some fantastic Lyrica outfits to be seen and we were very impressed with the ability of the class in the video, they all kept in time, we certainly didn't at points!
