I have worked in the health and fitness industry for 26 years and have run The Sports Injury Clinic as clinical director for 21 years. As well as helping runners and fitness enthusiasts reach there goals and stay injury free have organised many sporting and community events including The Sport Relief mile for the last 6 years and run our own Sporting Hero's project, sponsoring and supporting aspiring young sports people achieve their goals.
