Our monthly Goodgym Track Attack session was a little different this time!
Area Activator Simon found out that All Points East festival was on for the Bank Holiday Weekend, so our usual track location was not available this time.
However, we were able to create a really satisfying 1 mile loop following the inner circle of the southern avenue of Victoria Park (Pavilion Café to Pavilion Café)- a fantastic option for winter training months!
We had a full house for runners this time, with Matthew, Harvey, Eilidh and Simon working together to put in some super impressive times for our 5km loop (cheered on by lovely folks getting ready for the festival!), and then joining AA Simon for a 1 mile burn-up shortly after. Wonderful running everyone!
Next Session
Our next session will be on Sunday 2nd October, back on the classic Victoria Park track course!

Eilidh Wagstaff done a 6 month mission streak.
Eilidh just completed a six month streak of doing missions. That’s so many bags of garden rubbish cleared and jobs done to help someone out and put a smile on their face. Give Eilidh a cheer to encourage them to keep up the good work.
