Cycled to do the task-about 8 miles I reckon. Good to get out in the sunshine and fresh air, and do something helpful!

Picked up some bread for Mrs L today as she needed some help with her shopping. All done at a safe distance - 'Hands, Face, Space' all the way!

The last day of January saw many, many, many GoodGym Yorkies making a final ''sprint'' to win the challenge!

• Powered by cheese and pineapple cocktail sticks Paul ran 10.62 km;
• Michal ran his first ever marathon;
• Barbara ran with Lizzie;
• Leanne went on trail hunting and ran 13.66 km;
• Tom's final push for GG January was a 17.66 km walk, his longest effort since October last year;
• Briony went on a 3.46 km morning run;
• Paul ran 11.09 km at the sunrise;
• Richard did 86 reps of a local hill segment (mere 27.70 km of running) to reach a vertical kilometre (elevation of 1,005 m);
• Debs went for a 7h23min long walk covering a distance of 32.50 km. Ed walked with her for couple of hours to unintentionally create a great piece of Strava art called 'Llama'.
• Vicky walked 2.43 km at the sunrise;
• Andy caught a barn owl on his camera while runnig half marathon just before the sunset;
• Amy ran a half marathon, making it her second best effort;
• Tom ran a half marathon in less than 2 hours;
• Laura went for a 11.01 km walk;
• Louise ran 10.73 km at the sunset, including a scavenger hunt;
• Cara ran her first 10k this year!

Many, many, many other Team Nicky Spinks members were out and about clocking kilometers towards the challenge.

Throughout the month we have covered a stunning distance of 20,074 kilometers and we won it!
