Topping up on essentials - foodie bits & medicine cabinet restock for a neighbour who has had to isolate almost entirely since February last year.

Coming from all directions on foot, by bike & returning from out side London 7 members of Good Gym helped to support St Pauls Church run their Clothes Bank for the local community.

Jumble sorting & helping the customers find the items they were after for themselves or their childrens wardrobe. A good mornings rummage with successful results.

To close the event we helped pack the clothes, clear the tables & generally tidy the space.
