The renewal of the lawn will help to revitalize the garden for the public and local community when the garden opens at the end of May.

Grounded Ecotherapy Camden have asked us to move some turf from pallets to the lawn area where Grounded Ecotherapy will lay it to form a new lawn. Runners will be using wheelbarrows to ferry turf from pallets to lawn area.

Plogging along our adapted canal path in Little Venice

We are back at Little Venice!!!

It’s taken a lot of work to get these lovely Riverside sessions going again so be great if you are able to make it along!

Meeting at the Canal & River Trust HQ in the heart of Little Venice. Come down Riverside and look for the Red GG tops if your not sure!

We will little grab along the canal bank clearing the waterway of as many current and potential contaminates as possible in a all action hour!

There will be grabbers and buckets but we recommend you bring gloves and hand sanitizer if you can.

We will be visiting the stretch of the canal regularly as we have been for the last 2 years (lockdown excluded). So if you are unable to make this session please join us again soon!

Thanks for coming hope you enjoyed the session it’s good that you can do longer sessions to help focus but why not think about a short session now you know a little about simple postures and breathing.
