About GoodGym
We're a friendly and social group who combine exercise with helping out in the local community. We meet every week to get active and do a physical task to help the charities and community organisations and projects across the Coventry region.
The Task
This week's task is yet to be confirmed but you can be assured it will be something active that will help us get fit whilst at the same time helping to improve or support our local community.
The Run/Walk/Cycle
GoodGym is for everyone. We welcome runners of all abilities. We always have a back-marker so no-one is left behind - we're about achieving something together so you'll always be welcome no matter what your pace is. There is also the option to meet us closer to the start of the task if you prefer.
Where to meet
Meet outside Coventry Boys and Girls Club at 6.15. There is on street parking but if you struggle to find a space you can use the clubs car park. There is cycle parking a bit further down on the opposite side of the road. Toilet facilities available.
