Paints and ladders!
2 GoodGymers made their way 1.0km to help their local community in Trafford.

Last night we transformed shutters at the tuck shop for Friends of Chassen Park first by brushing off old paint and then re-painting with a lovely new green colour (which we got all over us, of course!)
Throw in a chat and a walk (it was waaaaaay too hot to run yesterday - even in Manchester) and we were pleased with our evening's efforts.
