This week I'll be leading a 45 minute run starting from outside The Winning Post on Bishy Road.
We'll be aiming to run at a steady pace, at around 9:30 - 10 minutes per mile, depending on the group. The route will be around 4.5-5 miles.
This is not a coached session, just a group social run where I'll be leading the route.
Post-run drink at the winning post is encouraged!

What to look out for
