Wednesday Group Run!!
Helping out at Beaulieu Community Centre

Group Runs are back! Although there are some slight changes.
Meeting up as usual at the Mildmay Sports Hall at Anglia Ruskin University at 6:30pm. Although we will not have access to the building so there will not be any changing or storage facilities so make sure you come ready to run.
You must sign up for this group run if you wish to take part. You cannot turn up on the day as you could previously. If you are coming, make sure you sign up beforehand.
This week we will be sanding and painting benches!
