We all deserve an award!

The Osterley Winter 10k is a staple of our local running calender, organised by the wonderful people at Ealing Half Marathon. GoodGym provided the warm-up for their summer 10k and they asked us back for the winter version. And it definitely felt like winter, cold, nay, freezing! We had our work cut out to get these runners warmed up. But we're a fab team ready to shake their stuff in the name of running! The GoodGym folk are so fun, they're game and they're up for a challenge. And the runners didn't let us down, their enthusiasm to kick heels, pull high knees and reverse those lunges made it all worthwhile.

Oh, and the last song we played to warm up to was called Reward - a medal for every runner!
