Watering at the Maidenhead Community Allotment - ANYTIME ON THIS DATE

Stop by the Maidenhead Community Allotment on your run to do some watering and help this wonderful local resource thrive. Timing is flexible so you can go whenever suits you on this date.

Find a watering can in one of the water butts and use it to water the beds, trugs, fig tree, little walnut tree and raspberry canes. Don't miss the ones behind the shed.

This is listed as a solo mission, so you won't be meeting your Area Activator or a Taskforce member at the task and you will need to write a short report afterwards. You can do this using the link in the 'mission accomplished' email you receive after the mission. You will be asked to upload a photo so try to remember to take one. This session is only listed for one person, but if you want to run with a friend then they can be added to the register afterwards and also get a 'good deed'. Just ask Amy or another Taskforce member for help with this.

The allotment is at the North East end of the Library and Resource Centre building. If you are standing at the end closest to where the playground is, head past the library to the other end and you'll see the allotment.

If you're looking for some more 'Gym' with your 'Good' the neighbouring park also lends itself very nicely to some hill training!
