GoodGym has been asked by the City of Cardiff Council if a runner (walker?!) is available to help Mr O with walking his dog for half an hour (or so), such that his dog is able to get out into the fresh air - the 12 year old dog (breed unknown at this stage) is described as being relaxed and well behaved and is named Bluebell.
