3 GoodGymers made their way to help the Catton Park in Norwich.

#387 Catton Parkrun saw an unusual sight of 3 people having difficulties either on the first lap or finish. One person tripped, 2 had difficulty as they crossed the finish and had to be helped by marshals, one of which was Our Bobby. Everyone was ok thank goodness. Bobby, Alina and myself were volunteering today, 303 people sweated around the course with a tail wind up the open part of the course. Ralph, Kathryn and Rachel D were the Goodgymers running today. Bobby and I then went off to Hall Road for the next Goodgym task today
