4 GoodGymers made their way to help the Catton Park in Norwich.

315 people attended today. For the first time we had our first park walker come to try out our course. She thoroughly enjoyed herself and when she crossed the finish line with her hands in the air and the Parkrun family still hanging around to see her through, what a glorious sight. Rachel, Alina, Bill, Andy R & Susanna ran the Goodgym flag today. Well done everyone
