It’s a Fayre Ride
3 GoodGymers made their way to help the Catton Park in Norwich.

291 people turn out after a terrible rain day yesterday which made the course somewhat wet/muddy in places. Our very own Goodgymer Alina was the course checker before the start, running the course, checking for any obstacles or difficult spots therefore earning herself a Volunteer credit and a run credit AND a Goodgym deed. Well done Alina. Bill and I were marshalling with Bobby, Robert, Maddy ( with a PB),Susanna, Roisin, & Kevin & Janice ( lovely to see you both) running from the GG family. Again we had 3 Parkrun walkers today. Well done everyone, anyone for a ride on the Walzer?
