Phew it was hot even at 08.30 as the marshals gathered. Most had volunteered as they we’re supposed to attend Run Norwich tomorrow, but due to severe hot weather warning it’s postponed until October. Goodgym runs Monday and Tuesday have also been cancelled. 241 people turned out to Parkrun today, RD James asked everyone to be mindful of the weather and each other as they made there way around the course today. Luckily everyone was sensible and we had no incidents. Beks (&Emrys) kept cool in the woods cheering people on, Roisin was more exposed on the course as was I as timekeeper, but I had my straw hat on and plenty of water. Bobby, Ralph, Susanna and Katie (& 30 week bump) made it round today, Katie taking it slowly, well done everyone
