Saturday Field of Dreams

284 people sweated around Catton Parkrun today, a breeze, but still hot. Robert, Bill, Rosin, and Brad running his 1st as a married man flew the Goodgym flag today. We had a regular Catton runner on her hen do, bride to be in white her buddies in pink, lovely. Lots of first timers today, spreading the word of how exercising and the fresh air is good for our physical and mental health. What better way than Parkrunning, ( or walking or jogging). Getting around in whatever time, pace, means is the whole point, and being together with Parkrun or Goodgym family, making new friends and acquaintances is a good reason also to join us. Then we do it all again next Saturday. Not forgetting our Goodgym Monday missions
