On #SocialSunday - 16 GoodGym runners helped out at Cardiff's Junior Parkrun by doing everything from marshalling to 'tail' walking.

We helped all the children absolutely smash out the 2km course and it was great to see the smiles on their faces as they kept fit on Llandaff fields.

It's always great to volunteer at the Junior Parkrun and we hope to do it more now. It kicks off your Sunday with a breath of fresh air and it's always great to socialise with friends!

Pete had his trusty tail on to help the ones at the back, while Ted was there, as always, with his infectious smile and super energetic cheering. There were a few who missed out last week - who were over the moon to be able to volunteer - like Mike and Imy.

Some of us will see you sooner - but we can't wait to help out with Parkrun again in March as they share our common interest of using our fitness to do good in the community.
