Volunteering at Cardiff 5K Race for Victory

2020 sees the 5th running of the Cardiff 5K Race for Victory in Whitchurch village. The event is a real community and family affair with a super car parade, live bands playing, street food stalls and a carnival atmosphere leading up to the race.
The race will take place at 7pm and incorporates the Welsh 5K road running championship so it is a chance to see some really fast guys and girls too.
We have been asked to be volunteer marhals out on the course. Once we arrive we will be allocated our locations and given radios and instructions. Once the car marking the back has passed us, we are all done and can head back to enjoy the street party that takes place afterwards.
