Helping to Run

Three Goodgymers helped at two parkruns in Birmingham today, and all were able to take part in the run to get their early Saturday exercise. At Perry Hall, John set up the course and then ran, while Raull was a Tail Walker to get his exercise and volunteering in at the same time. Over at Edgbaston Reservoir, Liam ran a PB, perhaps in the knowledge that he had to get back quickly to take on his Barcode Scanning role.
