3 GoodGymers made their way to help the parkrun - Perry Hall in Birmingham.

Another strong effort from this weeks GoodGymers helping out the local parkrun events in Birmingham. John helped to set-up the Perry Hall course before completing the run too, while I was on Run Director duties for the first time at Edgbaston Reservoirs 9th event!
