3 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Westminster.

Amongst a healthy roster of volunteers at Paddington Rec Junior ParkRun today we were assigned variously to marshalling and tail-walking. Of a field of 28 runners there were 6 PBs and they were all round in just 16 minutes. Afterwards we went off to visit family for some tea ☕, or make a spooky pumpkin curry. 🎃
