1 GoodGymer made their way to help the Lea Bridges Junior parkrun in Norwich.

No petrol needed here, 20 young people were fuelled by the love of running and keeping fit to cross the finish line.
Today I was time keeper so privileged to see their happy faces at the finish, where our Run Director was playing the theme music to The London Marathon . Back home for me to watch It on TV wishing I was there
