Virtual GoodGym Group Run
Take part in a virtual session across the course of the week

18:15 - 20:15It's been such a long time since we were able to take part in a GoodGym Group Run- in fact some of our new members have never experienced one!
This week you have the chance to take part in a virtual group run of your own design, and over the course of a whole week rather than just a few hours.
You must complete:
Two runs or walks of 20 minutes wearing your GoodGym tshirt (or something red) to act as your run "there and back"
One good deed: pick up litter, make a phone call to someone who is isolated, collect a prescription, do some shopping for someone, send a message to a friend who is feeling isolated. Remember some of these can be self logged as a good deed on your dashboard too! Be as imaginative as you like.
A fitness session: choose to either complete last week's core circuit, log a Not parkrun 5k, or take a walk somewhere you haven't visited in a while.

What to look out for
Age Restriction
GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
