We have been asked by Age UK Lambeth to collect a prescription, today if possible, for Mr B. The prescription needs to be collected from Paxton Pharmacy, 127 Gipsy Hill, Gipsy Hill, London, SE19 1QS.
Mr B rang back to say that a relative is now able to collect this for him today.
