Hi all, hope you're doing well! This week we have another treasure hunt style challenge.

The task is to visit as many countries as you can while out on your walks, runs and cycles! And no you don't need your passport, all you need is your phone to snap a shot of the sign! Can be tube stations, road signs, building names.. up to you. Here are some wonderful London based examples: Lebanon Road tram stop in Croydon, Cyprus DLR, Mauritius Road in Greenwich... you get the picture!

I want to encourage you to explore your local area, perhaps go more further afield than you normally would and see how many you can come across! Can be done in one session or across multiple activities throughout the week.

As always, please follow government guidelines whilst out on your travels! Looking forward to seeing who visits the most countries!

Challenge runs from Monday 25th to Sunday 31st May.

Happy globetrotting!
