Mission

Hotter than Hell-esdon

2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Norwich.

Sunday, 22nd of April 2018

With temperatures reaching around 23 degrees and a clear blue sky, the two sisters returned to see Mrs S and continue their work on her massive garden. Today she had a dead fern she wanted cut back and another tonne of ivy to clear from the flower beds. After an hour of hard work, we stopped for a glass of water and our usual chat, before continuing to clear the second bed and tidy up our mess. Yet again, we filled the brown bin and Sarah had to drag it back over the shingle! On the way home, we decided it was much too hot and admit to walking most of the way!!
