Mud, Mud Glorious Mud.

2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Haringey.

Mark and David ran between ten and twelve miles up from south London to just east of White Hart Lane. This was a wet Friday morning commute run and dodging umbrellas through the city did not dampen spirits.

Mrs S wanted her small garden weeded and cleared of grass which was duly set about with rake and hoe. The apple tree and some small shrubs were also pruned back whilst being careful not to disturb some very impressive spider's webs.

The sun and blue skies did come out before the sack of trimmings were transferred to the front of the house. Two muddy runners were very happy to make their way back home via the trusty Victoria Line.
