Low tides

Have you ever been on Brighton seafront when the tide is really low and you can run or walk on the sand? It’s really special, especially when combined with a rising or setting sun and this week you have a few opportunities to enjoy this stunning combination. And at sunset you might even get the starling murmuration thrown in as well! Below is a list of four day light opportunities to experience this natural wonder...don't forget to share your pics!

Saturday 27th Feb at 17.33 a low tide of 0.7m with a sunset at 17.38

Sunday 28th Feb at 18.10 a low tide of 0.5m with a sunset at 17.39

Monday 1st March at 6.31 a low tide of 0.5m with.a sunrise at 06.46

Tuesday 2nd March at 07.11 a low tide of 0.5m with a sunrise at 06.46

Outdoor workout

Walk run or cycle easy for at least 10 minutes

Then increase the intensity for 3 minutes by running or cycling fast or breaking in to a power walk, then recover for 2 minutes by going back to your easy pace.

Repeat this 5 times (25 minutes)

Complete your run walk or cycle at a leisurely pace.

Age Restriction

GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
