Throughout lockdown TRC have been running virtual 5k ( not Parkruns! ). This week, Saturday 4th is their 15th event.
So, what d'you say? Come and join us, and help support the great work done by TRC and their mentees by running virtually with them.
The run brief is at 9am on TRC Facebook page, but you can run anytime up till 9pm.
Selfies are encouraged - if you send them to me I'll send to the lovely Carmen at TRC.
Here is the link to post your results if you're a park runner regularly and wish to do so.

What to look out for
Age Restriction
GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety when running and at a task.
