With 2 defending champions in attendance, it was a small but competitive field in the golden trainer 1km time trial this year.

Everyone is getting a lot better at predicting their pace even with the added challenge of the heat and humidity.

Our final results (when I finally put everyone's time on the correct line of the spreadsheet) were:

• Jen 10s out.
• Jo 16s out.
• Wilson 17s out.
• India 19s out

So close!! Congratulations to all of you. Jen gets the trainer for this year but who will be 2023 champion?!!
