With another drop in temperature so too did our numbers, but four plucky hard skinned goodgymers took to the mean streets of Cardiff to clean up.

Welcome to our first timer Dylan, it's great to have you along today.

We met as usual, outside of Sport Wales in the park - great parking for cars, bikes and a lovely pub just opposite! No time for chatting today, as we took to our mile long warm up (it was very cold) before cleaning up along Western Avenue.

Thankfully Michael brought along the lights tonight, so we could light the route as we ran our mile. It wasn't too long before we reached our destination and were ready to start picking. Along the way we found a VW badge and a hub cap (Why do we always find a hub cap? Why aren't there lots of cars in Cardiff with just three hub caps?). As we made our way to our bin for the bag drop of four now FULL bags, we had time for a quick photo before starting a nice gentle jog back to warm up. It was now VERY VERY cold.

Time to defrost

We headed into the pub afterwards and straight to the fire to warm up some more. Thanks to all for coming out tonight and see you all next week for more volunteering fun.
