Either way get yourself signed up for the run, our longest runs are around 7kms but usually between 2-4kms so accessible for all.
We also have people who walk to sessions directly so what are you waiting for, sign up now!

We're not planning to do anything purposefully dangerous, but GoodGym takes no responsibility for your safety during group runs, you participate at your own risk.
