The COVID-19 vaccine will hopefully mark the beginning of the end of COVID and stop the loss of more lives.

As Crewe embarks on rolling out the national COVID-19 vaccination programme, Goodgym have been enlisted to help with marshaling in the car park and assisting indoors with various tasks.
When marshalling, it will be our job to guide cars into the parking spaces and then signpost the patients from the front door to the vaccination pods. Once vaccinated, it will be guiding patients to the 15 min waiting area , then the exit and possibly assisting patients back to their car.
If you are working outdoors, wrap up warm!! PPE and high viz vests will be provided. We have been asked to arrive half an hour before the vaccinations actually start and this has been taken into account on the start time listed.
Going forward, volunteers may have the opportunity to take on other roles such as immunising.
I think this is a wonderful opportunity to be involved in such a huge national effort.
*** With the highly important nature of this task, please don't sign up for it unless you are certain you can commit. Thank you***
How are you getting there?
