Ready Teddy Go

5 GoodGymers made their to Clothing Coventry this evening and we welcomed Sharon, lovely to meet you Sharon! The group split into 2 groups with Sharon and Laura walking and Lilian, Laura and Allan running.

We were shocked to see that there was actually space to move around in the warehouse tonight! The team and volunteers have done a great job of organising things as it really is a mammoth task. We were there to shift the toys, toiletries and baby wear around tonight. Starting with bringing the bags of toys and crates of toiletries from upstairs to downstairs, which then created a large space for the baby wear. We then formed a human chain taking the crates of baby wear upstairs, speedy Sharon was on it and we soon had a back log on the stairs as we couldn't keep up! We got there in the end though and it was a great job done.

To finish off the gang sang Laura a Happy Birthday (thank you!) and we made our way back. With it only being a short run there and Allan needing to get his 40 minute run in for his marathon training, we split up again for the running group to go on a longer route back to base while Laura and Sharon took a pleasant walk back.
