Supporting and Running with the amazing The Running Charity in the 10th edition of their Virtual 5K parkrun series 'let's turn it orange'
It will show support and solidarity to TRC and help to motivate the young people to stay connected with the community during lockdown

They provide a first timers brief on their facebook page, basically we get out there anytime, anywhere on Saturday run 5k wearing something orange, take a selfie and upload that with your results to Carmen( details on their page) TRC is an amazing Charity working with young homeless people to provide support and mentoring through the medium of running.
