08:00 - 09:30We will be teaming up with Oakdale Runners to do our Sunday Long Run!
A distance of 10k on / off road route, from Broadstone to Happy Bottom.
We meet at Junction, Broadstone to leave at 8am.
If you cannot join us physically - Why not join us virtually with a 10k of our choice sending in a pic and Strava!
We have no set pace, we will regroup a lot and if others want to push on, they can loop back.

Hi Esther, I am having had to withdraw from Sunday's run, as I am not sure how my injury will be. I am going to see how it is on the morning, also I feel that the run will be quite fast and I really want a slow one. If I feel that I can run I will gently jog round the Poole Park run route, twice. Have a good run! xx
