Join us in Walpole Park for an strength and stability fitness session suitable for all levels of fitness.

We'll work on lots of fitness elements to help improve your form but most important of all we'll be working in a group and motivating each other to get moving!

Meet at 6:30pm at The Rickyard - the session will last 30 minutes

If you fancy combining this with a good deed, we're meeting straight after at 7pm to help mulch trees in the park - sign up for that is here.
